Company profile
Ten people.
One frequency band.
Twelve years.
Gajanan Engineers has been building ultrasonic joining equipment out of Gandhinagar since 2013 — long enough to know that the machine is the easy part and the horn is where the job is won.
Who we are
Incorporated at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India in 2013, Gajanan Engineers is a sole-proprietorship firm engaged as a manufacturer, supplier and trader of high-performance ultrasonic plastic welding machines and the complete ultrasonic stack that goes with them — generators, transducers, boosters, horns and fixtures.
Alongside ultrasonic systems we build spin welding, hot plate welding, non-woven fabric sealing, tube sealing and hand-gun equipment, and we take on ultrasonic welding job work for buyers who want to see the joint hold before they commit to a machine.
What we actually do differently
Anyone can sell you a 20 kHz column. The weld only works when the horn geometry, joint design, amplitude and pressure are matched to your specific part — which is why we cut sonotrodes in aluminium, titanium and special alloy steel to each customer's component rather than shipping a generic tip and wishing you luck.
- Prompt delivery — standard configurations move fast, custom horn work gets a firm date.
- Transparent business dealings — one price, stated freight, no surprise line items.
- Wide distribution network — supplied across India, dispatched from Gandhinagar.
- Expert professionals — a small team that has been in the same frequency band for over a decade.
- Quality-testing division — machines are run against market quality standards, and on your sample part where one is supplied, before dispatch.
- Spacious warehousing and packaging — machines arrive as they left, not as freight decided.
Infrastructure
The unit at Randesan, Gandhinagar covers manufacturing, assembly, horn machining, testing and packaging. Because the whole flow sits under one roof, a horn revision after a trial weld is a day of work, not a supply-chain event.
How we quote
Send a photo or drawing of the component and tell us the joint you need. We come back with the frequency (15 or 20 kHz), the wattage, the automation grade, the horn and fixture, and one price for the lot. If the part is unusual, we would rather weld a sample first than sell you the wrong machine.
